Much better

So here is a blutaced mock up - not too bad I think. Must say I have a much better feeling about this one, more in proportion and more evil looking.

    Thanks a lot guys.
    And yes the old one has become the lurker :D I've actually tried working a bit more on the head, having the idea that not every Herakli need to be the same. It might look cool with different sizes for those as well.
