Actually I figure that this guy only listens to Iron Maiden!!! Though Hook seem to take a rather slaneeshi road - I did not plan for that at all. Doesn't look wrong though!

Different kind of hobby

No, I have not given up on little plastic men. However I have hit a bit of a slump and mojoloss, making progress slower and updates further apart.
In the same time I have started a new hobby, with a course last weekend - and I have been trying to read up on stuff for that - metalworks, woodtypes and such. This was the end result

Painting leather

Some time ago I promised to mock up how I paint leather - so here goes.

Step 1. Basecoat.

Step 2. Heavy drybrush

Step 3. Lighter drybrush

Step 4. Heavy wash

Step 5. Stippling orange and green.

Step 6. Light drybrush

Step 7. Highlight drybrush

Step 8. Heavy wash - repeat for darker color.
